The performance indicators listed in the table are obtained under the following conditions: ①The atmospheric pressure is 760mmHg; ②the liquid temperature is 15℃;③the air temperature is 20℃;④The relative humidity of the gas is 70%. 4. The liquid supply is the value when the vacuum is inhaled-400mmHg, and the ultimate vacuum can be greater than this value.5. The deviation of the pumping volume does not exceed ±3% 4.
